I'm finishing up...

I am finishing things up. We completed the Door this afternoon and it looks Great! Thanks Jordan and Kurt! Kurt destroyed a pair of jeans in the process and Jordan finished the job despite his horrible cold. It was a lot of work and it took two doors to finish it but we have a great finished product.

I had a plugged sink today. It was so nasty! I pulled the pipes off one by one and noticed a small dribble of water coming out so I ran the Insincerater with the pipe hanging down unscrewed and it shot the pipe of the loose fitting it was on causing water and food and nasty to spray all over the kitchen. It was like Montezuma took over my sink. EEEEEEWWWWW! Plumber Tory Took care of it!

I spent the afternoon getting the house ready for people to have lunch tomorrow. I love holiday lunches at my house but I am not a big fan of the set up for it. It is a buzz to have 20 or so people enjoying your home and your food and your company. I often look over and see people laughing and chatting and just feel a sense of satisfaction.

I am putting the finishing touches on the morning. If you read this tonight pray for me and the thousands of other pastors across this city and nation who are charged with delivering the most powerful message ever brought to this earth. Pray for the visitors that you and I invited to come and receive Jesus. I want some more of Jesus! Pray for the prodigal son or daughter to have an encounter with Christ tonight that causes them to show up with mom or dad tomorrow. Pray for the one who is suicidal, that they would wait and discover that Christ came so they could have life to the fullest. Pray I sleep well.
